🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the solar store.
- Ensure proper display and maintenance of all solar products (Panels, Inverters, Batteries, Lights, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the store.
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Interact with walk-in customers, explain solar solutions, and provide accurate quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock levels, coordinate reordering with vendors, and conduct monthly stock audits.
- Track damaged or returned products and follow up with suppliers.
- Team Supervision:
- Manage and train sales executives, technicians, and helpers.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure performance tracking.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions, banners, and brand visibility.
- Organize customer awareness camps or demo events occasionally.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers for timely delivery of products and pricing updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar product distributors.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
- Submit reports to higher management on targets and store performance.
📚 Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduate in any stream (B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
- 2+ years experience in retail sales or solar product sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic understanding of solar technology and installation.
- Proficiency in Excel, billing software, and CRM tools.
💰 Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience) + incentives
