Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Create and manage a sales funnel through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and partnerships.
- Client Handling & Conversion
- Meet potential clients (homeowners, businesses, institutions) and pitch customized solar solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and site visits to ensure closures.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives or solar advisors.
- Assign daily tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Motivate and guide the team to improve lead conversion and customer service.
- Market Development
- Identify new markets, builders, architects, and channel partners.
- Attend local exhibitions, trade events, and vendor meets to promote the brand.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the engineering, installation, and operations teams for seamless project delivery.
- Report daily sales activities, lead status, and closures to senior management.
- Use CRM tools or Excel to maintain lead pipelines and conversion reports.
🛠️ Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical knowledge of solar systems (PV sizing, ROI, net metering)
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.
📚 Qualifications:
- Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy preferred)
- MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in solar or renewable energy sales
💰 Salary Range:
₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance
