🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Communication
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers.
- Provide information on solar products, services, quotations, and installation timelines.
- Explain solar system benefits, warranties, AMC, and net metering procedures.
- Complaint Handling & Service Coordination
- Record service or maintenance complaints and assign them to the service team.
- Follow up with customers until issue resolution.
- Maintain service records and track open tickets.
- Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up on new inquiries (via website, calls, or store walk-ins).
- Share basic product information and schedule callback/site visit by the sales team.
- Database Management
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Record all communication logs and feedback.
- Coordination
- Coordinate between customers, sales executives, installation teams, and service engineers.
- Schedule appointments and confirm site visits or technician visits.
🛠️ Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English)
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of solar products (can be trained)
- Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
- Typing & multitasking skills
📚 Qualifications:
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or telecalling (solar or electrical industry preferred)
💰 Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month + Incentives (based on performance)
