🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers or incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads).
  • Understand customer energy needs, roof space, budget, and preferences.
  • Educate customers about solar benefits, net metering, subsidies, and ROI.
  1. System Recommendation:
  • Suggest suitable solar systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid) based on customer requirements.
  • Explain product features: solar panels, inverters, batteries, structure, etc.
  • Provide tentative system sizing, pricing, and savings estimation.
  1. Lead Generation & Follow-up:
  • Follow up with existing leads and encourage site visits or meetings.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to ensure high conversion.
  • Generate leads via local networking, reference programs, and social media.
  1. Proposal Support:
  • Help prepare basic proposals/quotations with sales or technical teams.
  • Coordinate with survey or installation teams to schedule site assessments.
  1. Reporting & Coordination:
  • Maintain lead status records (manual or CRM).
  • Share daily inquiry and follow-up reports with the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with store, warehouse, and installation teams for updates.

🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English)
  • Customer-friendly approach
  • Basic understanding of solar products and benefits
  • Good listening and persuasive skills
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic Excel

📚 Qualifications:

  • 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream)
  • Basic training in solar awareness (Preferred)
  • 0–2 years experience in sales, customer service, or energy products

💰 Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹22,000/month + Incentives
(Fresher-friendly with training support)
