Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration:
  • Manage daily office operations such as housekeeping, supplies, and office maintenance.
  • Keep records of staff attendance, leaves, and support HR/admin documentation.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all departments with admin support.
  1. Documentation & Filing:
  • Maintain physical and digital filing of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and project files.
  • Assist with documentation for government approvals, subsidy files, vendor onboarding, etc.
  • Organize customer, vendor, and project folders properly.
  1. Vendor & Purchase Coordination:
  • Follow up with suppliers for delivery, quotations, and invoices.
  • Manage office purchases like stationery, tools, hardware, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate AMC, vehicle servicing, equipment repairs, and utility bill payments.
  1. Logistics & Scheduling:
  • Coordinate travel plans, vehicle movements, and technician/site schedules.
  • Book couriers, hotel arrangements, and meeting arrangements as needed.
  1. Communication & Support:
  • Answer routine inquiries via email or phone and direct them to the right department.
  • Support management in internal communication, reminders, and reporting.
  1. Record Maintenance:
  • Maintain records of stock movement, service calls, and admin assets like laptops, SIM cards, uniforms, etc.

🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Good communication (Hindi & English)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Familiarity with document filing and office equipment
  • Basic accounting or billing knowledge (preferred)

📚 Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 1–3 years experience in admin, back-office, or office coordination (solar/technical firm preferred)

💰 Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹22,000/month (depending on experience)
