🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Site Supervision
- Plan, supervise, and ensure timely execution of rooftop and ground-mount solar installations.
- Conduct site inspections before, during, and after installation.
- Ensure correct mounting structure, cable layout, inverter & battery setup, earthing, and safety procedures.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Manage installation technicians, electricians, helpers, and site supervisors.
- Assign daily work schedules and supervise performance on-site.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors or vendors (if applicable).
- Material & Logistics Coordination
- Ensure timely availability of panels, inverters, cables, mounting structures, and tools at the site.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement for material dispatch and tracking.
- Quality & Safety Assurance
- Ensure installation quality as per MNRE, DISCOM, and company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols (PPE usage, electrical safety, ladder work, etc.).
- Perform testing and commissioning (I-V curve, voltage checks, inverter sync).
- Documentation & Handover
- Ensure installation checklist, commissioning reports, and client sign-offs are completed.
- Coordinate with net metering, subsidy, and final documentation teams.
- Reporting
- Provide daily and weekly installation progress reports to Project or Operations Head.
- Report site issues, delays, and customer feedback.
🛠️ Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of solar installation (DC & AC side)
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and electrical safety
- Team management & problem-solving on-site
- Basic understanding of net metering and electrical drawings
- Use of project tracking apps/tools (optional)
📚 Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 3–5 years of solar installation experience (at least 50+ kW supervised)
- Working knowledge of MNRE/DISCOM standards
💰 Salary Range:
₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Site Allowance + TA/DA
